Service: Autism Support/Services
Description:

Our mission is to prevent the unnecessary institutionalization of people with autism and to help people with autism achieve their highest level of independence within their home, school and community.

  • Children's Special Day School: year-round student oriented and individualized special education both on-site and in satellite classrooms for aged 3-21 with autism.
  • Pasta Fare:  Retail business providing vocational training and employment for adults with autism.  5900 N. Illinois, Fairview Heights, IL 62208; phone: 618-632-9077.
  • Petals Remembered: A floral preservation shop providing specialized training and wages while learning.  5900 N. Illinois, Fairview Heights, IL; phone: 618-632-1446.
  • Social and Life skills group: Tuesdays 4:30-6pm for ages 11-14; 7:00-8:30pm for ages 15-19; Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm for ages 20+
  • Transitional services: for ages 14 years and older with autism, to integrate them into the work force.
  • Client and Family Support: a wide array of services to assist families in the care of a family member with autism.
