Service: Counseling Services
Description:

The Prairie Counseling Center (PCC) is a community behavioral health clinic funded to provide comprehensive community based services for mental health. Our services are also available for substance abuse issues. The service area is Bond County as well as adjacent counties. The Center is partially funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse and Office of Mental Health.

Charges:

You must pay a co-pay as required by your insurance. Sliding fee scale is available for some services with additional verified income information.


Eligiblity:

Ages 5 and up.  Must have a Medical Card, Medicare, or private insurance. 

Must provide Medicaid card, or Medicare card and Proof of income for each member of the household.

Medicaid, Medicare, or Private insurance.
