| Services: | Service: Dental Care for the community The Dental Clinic is fully staffed with a licensed dentist and dental hygienist, and provides comprehensive care for children and adults including exams, cleanings, sealants, fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns and sometimes root canals (sometimes referred out). The Illinois Medicaid/All Kids card pays for children to have an exam and cleaning every six months, for x-rays and fluoride treatment yearly in the office, and other services in theschools. A sliding fee scale may apply for our patients without Medicaid or dental insurance. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday schedule varies by appointment.
Charges: Eligiblity: All ages Insurance: Medicaid, sometimes private insurances, or Out of Pocket. Most new people with private insurance will be referred elsewhere. |
