| Services: | Service: Autistic Services There are several Carle clinics. See the website for more information. This clinic assesses, evaluates and consults regarding children and Autism. A referral from a physician must be faxed or phoned to the clinic. Once a referral is received, a packet is mailed to fill out and mail back. Then, a contact can be made to schedule an appointment/consultation. Although the information was recently checked, your process may not exactly fit the instructions listed above for how to get an appointment, so call or ask your doctor.
