  • Immunizations; Refugee Services - screenings, immunizations, referrals, etc
  • TB Program - diagnosis, treatment, follow-up of tuberculosis and related diseases
  • Family Planning Education and birth control for sexually active teenagers and adults
  • Perinatal Services - home visits and support; newborn metabolic screening 
  • Breast-Feeding Support Group; Doula Program; Healthy Families IL
  • WIC - nutrition education for pregnant and nursing women, infants, children ages 1-5
  • Nutrition Counseling - registered dietician
  • Health Education - students and community organizations
  • Breast and Cervical Cancer Program - low-income women, free/low-cost screening for breast and cervical cancer, pap smears, mammogram referrals for women over 40
  • Home care - Skilled Nursing, Health Aide, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Worker, Occupational Therapy, Maternal Child Health, Hospice
  • Environmental Health - Animal Control, Food Sanitation, Pest Exlusion, Private Water, Private Sewage, Solid Waste, Lymes Disease, West Nile Virus, Rabies, Mold.
