| Services: | Service: Arranger of Non-Emergancy Prior Approved Medicaid Rides For Medicaid participants: First Transit services the entire state of Illinois. When called, they find a transportation company in your area approved by Medicaid. You must call that provider with information of your need: date, time of appointment, Doctor etc, plus your Medicaid ID. When First Transit get's approval for your ride from the local transportation company, they call you back with an approval number, which the provider can use as payment for the ride.
