Service: HIV/AIDS Services
Description:

Comprehensive health and support services for persons with HIV/AIDS.  The purpose of this program is to increase knowledge and awareness of the issues concerning HIV/AIDS prevention. The program seeks to educate the community, especially high-risk persons and thier partners, with an emphasis on the various aspects of HIV prevention.

  • HIV prevention program

Charges:

Depends on program.


Eligiblity:
  • Documented proof of HIV infection
  • Resident of Madison, St. Clair, Clinton, Monroe, Jersey, Calhoun, Randolph, Washington, Marion, Fayette, Macoupin or Bond County.  
  • Enrollment in case management.

Insurance:

This is payor os last resort.  Insurance must be exhausted or non covered.
