| Services: | Service: Federal Home Loans & Grants to residents of rural areas Home Repairs: must meet location, income and credit requirements. Eligible repairs include: roof, foundation, kitchen cabinets, septic system, furnace/AC, windows, health hazards, carpet. 20 year loan @1% up to $20,000 Home Purchase: 100% financing to eligible applicants for purchase of home in rural location (small towns eg. Greenville, Bond County). Applicant must meet income, credit, & repayment requirements. The home must meet some requirements too.
Charges: Eligiblity: Income regulations. Grants only to homeowners 62yrs. of age or older and who cannot repay a section 504 loan. Insurance: |
