Service: Services for the Disabled
Description:

Community Link's services are specifically designed for persons who, because of disability or other need, require support to live daily as full members of their community.

 

Working Programs for the Disabled: 

  • Community Link curbside drop off center and curbside recycing services. Contact information is above.
  • Community Link Janitorial Services to the community: a trained job coach and crew that will come and clean offices, do grounds clean-up, and/or one-time cleaning for special events. Contact information is above.
  • Community Link has 40 years of experience in offering Parts Assembly and Packing jobs to the disabled.  They assemble and pack over 1400 different products.  Contact information is above.
  • Job applications for non-disabled workers will be kept on file for 12 months.  An application must include 2 professional/employment references.

Child and Youth Services:

  • Family Support Programs: Prenatal to Three; & Three years to Twenty-one years
  • Developmental Screening: see above contact information Developmental Milestones
  • Infant and Mental Health Services; Early Head Start & Early Intervention
  • Home Based Services for children with developmental disabilities
  • Child Waiver Program: assists families in keeping loved ones at home
  • Needs are assessed by a Qualified Service Professional (QSP)
  • Individual Plan of Service (ISP) is developed to address individual needs
