Call for current information.  Sliding scale fees are possible through funding from the Department of Human Services, Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse.  Sliding fee scale available to clients unable to cover full cost and who meet family size, income, and residence criteria.


Chestnut Health System serves Madison, St.Claire, and McLean Counties in Illinois with offices in Granite City, Maryville, Belleville, and Bloomington. Persons can be served who live in other counties, but who can access the offices in these Counties.


Most major insurance, self pay, Medicaid, and other third party payors.
