Description: banyan Heartland is a licensed residential treatment facility that provides a personal approach to care for men and women suffering from substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, Our highly trained team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and residential staff are addiction specialists who will get to know each patient in order to develop and individualized recovery plan that follows a comprehensive model of treatment and integrates evidence-based methods with experiential therapies to treat the whole patient. Patients who complete residential treatment at Banyan Heartland will leave with a clear path to recovery and will gain the tools necessary to maintain sobriety for life.

Eligiblity: 18+

Applicants take a clinical phone assessment and then are placed in a program based on needs and insurance. Sometimes patients don't go to Heartland but are referred out. Heartland also has 14 different locations.
