Efficiency or one-bedroom apartment for those 62+, or on disability: rent per HUD Guidelines. Three floors with an elevator. Full kitchen, appliances, carpet, drapes; individual control of A/C and heat. Pay laundry, community and game rooms on premises for residents use. Maintenance, visitor security phone, electronic asscess; Bond County Transit Bus available on-call.
Charges:
Rent based upon 30% of individual's income.
Eligiblity:
Anyone 62 years of age or older, or those who are disability.
Insurance:
No insurance needed.
