Service: The Autism Program of Illinois
Description:

"The Autism Program of Illinois (TAP) is a network of four university partners and 11 community organizations operating at 20 service locations throughout the state of Illinois. The TAP network partners provide an array of services for Illinois’ children and their families including autism screenings, diagnostic evaluations, individual therapy, group therapy, family/sibling support, resources, and education and training. Services vary by location. TAP was formed by a Public Act of the General Assembly in 2003 to serve children in Illinois up to age 22 and is funded by a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS). Use our TAP Referral Portal here to send your inquiry for autism services to the nearest TAP Network provider.
