Service: B.C.M.W. (Bond, Clinton, Marion, Washington) low income based services
Description:

• Education and training through the Community Services Block Program (CSBG) This program provides low interest loans to businesses that employ low-income people 
• Emergency services: Clothing pantries, Emergency food, shelter, rent, and utilities. Utility payments through the low-income home energy assistance program (LIHeap) 
• Family and Community development to help reach self-sufficency 
• HeadStart home-based child development for 3 and 4 year olds of low-income families
• Low cost and free meals for seniors (people over 60) through Project B.R.E.A.D., both at a congregate meal site as well as delivered to the homes of homebound individuals.
• Transitional Housing
• Rental Housing Support
• Home rehabilitation, home modification, Ameren energy efficiency education
• First time home buyer program (10 year waiting list)
• Information referrals, Christmas projects (Christmas Adopt a Family program in Breese)
• Scholarships
• Weatherization (help lower energy bills by improving insulation)

B.C.M.W. has offices in each of the four counties served: Bond, Clinton, Marion, and Washington.  The organizational headquarters is at the Marion County office.  There are income and residency requirements for those getting services.  The other three county office locations and contact information follow.
